Job Description
Involves handling outbound Calls and resolving customer queries.
Should be comfortable working in Shift Basis.
Should have excellent communication skills.
Involves interacting with US Customers (Night Shift).
Desired Candidate Profile:
Requisites:Education Qualification: Any Graduate/ Post Graduate/Diploma(+2,+3yrs).
Age criteria: Restricted up to 32 years.
Candidates with relevant experience in a voice based International or Domestic Call center will be an added advantage.
Involves working in Night shifts.
